A. Yes. Don't worry about finding a way to haul your heavy machinery to us. We will come directly to you if we determine that your faulty appliance needs repaired by one of our technicians. Q. How soon can you fix my broken appliance? A. It depends on how booked we are at the time. Expect anywhere from 1-3 days. We will get you scheduled in at the earliest availability we have. However, if it's an urgent repair such as making sure your food stays cold, we will prioritize. Q. How should I pay for repair services? A. It's up to you. You can choose to pay by cash, check, debit or credit card. Your final bill amount will be determined once your appliance is fixed and whether or not additional parts and/or unexpected labor were required. Q. How do I know when to have an appliance repaired or replaced? A. The answer is not always easy. There are multiple factors to consider: type of appliance, its average working life, and the specific problem. Put simply, if your broken appliance is towards the beginning of its expected working life, then give us a call so we can determine the fix that may be necessary and whether or not you'll even need our help. If your machine is near the end of its average lifetime, then it's probably best to replace it entirely because, even with a successful repair, odds are it will give you trouble again sometime in the not-too-distant future.
